17 Jan DREEAM deep renovation training in Potsdam
The first DREEAM training on deep renovation took place on 25th October in Potsdam in the framework of EURHONET’s annual member meeting. The training was organised in collaboration between Chalmers, EURHONET as well as Rise, and with further contribution of Bax & Company and 3C-Precon. The event was targeted at European housing associations and covered such topics as trends in renovation policy, funding, and technological innovation. The training included also an interactive part where the participants provided input on main challenges housing associations face when deep renovating their building stock. Topics as energy consumption monitoring, quality assurance or tenant perspective were mentioned as key in assuring good renovation results and thus of interest to housing associations. Next DREEAM renovation trainings will follow up on this input.
